TablePlanner - This makes it the ideal tool in the planning of a wide variety of private events including weddings, birthday parties and other celebrations.

The extended Business Edition allows companies, clubs and organizations to plan and organize events for a very large number of guests.

TablePlanner allows any number of celebrations and/or events to be planned and stored.
A guest list can be drawn up for each event. The number of guests allowed depends on the nature of the license purchased.

> Private license: maximum of 150/300 guests per event
> Business license: maximum of 600/1000 guests per event
> Professional license: maximum of 2000 guests per event

Names, addresses and contact details of your guests are saved. Guests can be given various labels, or titles, representing their roll in the event and their relationship to the host. These labels/titles are used in the organization of the seating arrangements to graphically highlight the individual guests.

You can choose the shape of each table and the number of guests to be seated at each table. TablePlanner is available in the following languages:

The TablePlanner Setup can be downloaded from our website at www.TablePlanner.com.
Depending on the type of license, you may also receive the appropriate license key.
Run the Setup by double-clicking the file downloaded. Setup asks you to enter you name and the target directory, the rest of the installation runs automatically. TablePlanner does not need a database and is therefore easy to install and doesn't require any technical knowledge. With the exception of the entry in your computer's registry, no other entries or changes are made to your computer.
Once installed, TablePlanner is ready for use.
TablePlanner can be installed on a network. But the product is only intended for single-user operation. If several people are using TablePlanner simultaneously, decide who is to work on which event. Too many cooks on the same event can cause data to be lost.
